Belle of Louisville & Spirit of Jefferson

Challenge

The Belle of Louisville & Spirit of Jefferson are two historic riverboats on the Ohio River at the Port of Louisville, KY. The main challenge with the creation of the site was to provide easy access to the large variety of services these two vessels offer. The project was to redesign their previous web site, which had become out-dated.

Results

The site was launched in April 2005. The site is highly decorated with crystal-clear photos of the beautiful vessels. There are detailed sections for each of the services the vessels offer, including public cruises, weddings, private charters and more. There is also a section dedicated to the history of the Belle of Louisville & Spirit of Jefferson.

In April 2008 the Belle of Louisville was looking for a new stylish new presence on the Internet. Cyber View conducted an anonymous on-line subjective usability study. Through this study the Belle of Louisville staff was able to determine the most desired information their patrons were looking for when browsing online. Cyber View redesigned the Belle of Louisville site with navigation ease and layout ascetics in mind, as shown above.

Cyber View's CyberStudio - Content Management System is used to display the cruise schedule in various formats, including a special event list and cruise calendar, to keep the cruise schedule up-to-date.

National Safe Place

Challenge

National Safe Place desired a section of their web site to be dedicated to teens. The section needed to be attractive to you ranging from twelve years old to sixteen years old. The site would feature topic areas that teens in today's society are facing and healthy/positive solutions and resources.

Results

Teen Topics debuted in July 2000. Cyber View worked closely with the National Safe Place internship staff to develop the youth-friendly site with resourceful information. The site was last updated in 2003.

In August 2006 Cyber View was called back in to not only redesign the National Safe Place Teen Topics web site, but the organization's web site as well. The CyberStudio - Content Management System was used to allow the National Safe Place staff to maintain the web site whenever they desired. CyberStudio was also utilized to dynamically manage the contact information of over 200 Safe Place Coordinators across the country.

Cyber View launched a fresh web presence for National Safe Place in March 2008. The new web presence rolled out as part of the festivities for the 2008 National Safe Place Week (March 16th - 22nd) in addition to the organization celebrating their 25th anniversary. Cyber View continues to a proud partner of National Safe Place.

Pacific Homebuilders

Challenge

Pacific Homebuilders was searching for a medium to promote their home construction services to potential customers in New Zealand. The Pacific Homebuilders staff desired the ability to update the content of their site whenever necessary.

Results

Cyber View launched the web site in November 2007. The Pacific Homebuilders site provides prospective customers with a photo gallery of past home construction projects. The CyberStudio - Content Management System was used to allow the Pacific Homebuilders staff to maintain their web site.
